This repository adapts workshop materials from posit::conf(2026), published by the posit-conf-2026 GitHub organization under open Creative Commons licenses. We thank the instructors and Posit, PBC for publishing these materials openly.

本地快照核查发现，下列仓库 README 标示 CC-BY 4.0，而根目录 LICENSE.md 正文为 CC-BY-SA 4.0：2026 年的 positron、modern-r-workflow、practical-quarto、llms、 pharmaverse、r-pharma-regulated、modern-ds-python；2025 年的 ggplot2、shiny-r、 pkg-dev、r-programming、quarto-brand、reproducible-environments；2024 年的 level-up-shiny、quarto-dashboards、databases、r-in-production。 2025 年 quarto-extend 的课程 _license.md 标示 CC-BY 4.0，根 LICENSE.md 同样为 CC-BY-SA 4.0；2026 年 practical-quarto 的课程 _license.md 则与完整许可证一致，明确为 CC-BY-SA 4.0。

Prior-year archive materials / 往届材料（补齐 2026 未覆盖主题）

To cover topics not offered in 2026 (Shiny, package development, ggplot2, statistical modeling, causal inference, databases, production deployment, etc.), this project also curates selected workshops from posit::conf(2025) and posit::conf(2024). These are cataloged and linked (see ARCHIVE-CATALOG.md) rather than mirrored in full; the original repositories remain the canonical source.

为覆盖 2026 年未开设的主题（Shiny、包开发、ggplot2、统计建模、因果推断、数据库、生产部署等）， 本项目同时编选了 posit::conf(2025) 与 posit::conf(2024) 的部分工作坊。这些仓库仅做 编目与链接（见 ARCHIVE-CATALOG.md），不整体镜像；上游仓库始终为权威来源。

Referenced course design / 参照的课程设计

The unit-based delivery structure (Unit-STRUCTURE.md) and the 9-type callout authoring standard (CALLOUTS.md) are adapted from:

  • Advanced R (STAT 541) — https://atheobold.github.io/advanced-R-website/ by Drs. Kelly Bodwin & Allison Theobold (Cal Poly), licensed CC-BY-SA 4.0. Our units follow their three-unit arc (Complex Analyses → Professional Deliverables → Package Development); chapters are re-anchored to posit::conf materials and extended with a fourth unit (AI & Domain Applications). Their callout taxonomy is used as our lesson-authoring syntax with attribution.

单元交付结构与教学标注体系改编自 Kelly Bodwin 与 Allison Theobold（Cal Poly）的 STAT 541 Advanced R 课程网站（CC-BY-SA 4.0）：我们沿用其三单元弧线并重新锚定素材、 扩展第四单元，9 类 callout 作为讲义写作语法并附此署名。

How materials are mirrored / 材料镜像方式

  • Original English materials live under content/en/<NN-track>/<upstream-repo>/, copied verbatim by scripts/sync-from-upstream.ps1.
  • Each sync records the upstream commit SHA in content/en/MANIFEST.json so every copied file is traceable to an exact upstream snapshot.
  • Chinese translations live under translations/zh/ and are clearly marked as derivatives; each translated file carries an attribution header pointing back to its upstream source file.
  • We do not modify upstream files in place; fixes and updates flow through re-running the sync script.

License of this repository / 本仓库协议

  • Adapted upstream materials (everything under content/en/, and all translations under translations/zh/): CC-BY-SA 4.0, same as upstream.
  • Original content by this repo’s maintainers (learning plan, website prose): also released under CC-BY-SA 4.0 to keep the repo uniform.
