Kaplan-Meier curve — fig_km • tlfstack

ADTTE conventions: AVAL is the time and CNSR == 1 means censored. Requires the survival package.

Usage

Arguments

df: Analysis data (BDS).
ctx: A fig_ctx() list.
censor_marks: Mark censored observations?
base_size: Font size; NULL uses the configuration.
config: A tlf_config(); NULL resolves through tlf_get_config().

Value

A ggplot.
